Every material delivered to site is verified against the BOQ specification. Brand, grade, and quantity are confirmed by the site engineer before use. No silent substitutions.

Deviation documentation protocol

If a site condition requires a change from your design, a formal deviation request is raised, documented, and awaits your approval before execution. Nothing changes without a paper trail.

Independent quality inspection

3rd party inspectors verify structural and quality milestones independently. Their reports are shared with both the homeowner and — if you prefer — with you.
