Why JOHO Was Created
JOHO Life Spaces was born from years of hands-on experience in the home construction industry. Having worked as contractors, we deeply understood the challenges of executing and managing real projects. Over time, we noticed persistent patterns of inefficiency: verbal promises, cost overruns, delays, unverified quality, unclear pricing, and post-handover neglect.
We realized the issue was not effort or intent, but a lack of system-driven clarity. Without documented decisions, proven quality, and clear accountability, even sincere efforts fall short. True transformation required rethinking the framework of home construction itself – not just working within it.
